Take the oyster sauce, finely chop the chili pepper, garlic, and chop the ginger. Stir and fry in the pan for 1 minute. Pour the broth, oyster sauce, and teriyaki sauce. Place the wings in the sauce and simmer for 20 minutes. Slice carrots, peppers, zucchini, onions. Move the vegetables into a heated pan with butter and bring to readiness. Place the cooked vegetables in a deep dish, place the wings on top and pour the sauce over the dish. Garnish with green onion and parsley. It is recommended to separately serve rice.
