Creamy pumpkin soup with turkey meatballs

Addan egg, salt, pepper to the turkey minceand mix it well, lightly beat the whole mass to make it “airy”. Form meatballs and boil them for 10 minutes in hot water. Add sliced vegetables to the pan, cook it, then pour the broth into a pan. Boil vegetables, chop it by a blender. Put rubbed soup on the stove, wait till it boils, add cream, taste it. Pour the soup into plates.

  • 1 white onion
  • 1 kg of pumpkin
  • 2 large peeled potatoes
  • 1 l. turkey broth
  • 100 g cream
  • salt pepper
  • fresh greens
