Fry in butter finely chopped onion, chili pepper, turkey stuffing. Add cooked chickpeas to canned tomatoes and tomato paste chopped in a blender. Add salt and pepper. Simmer for about 60 minutes. If you feel a sour taste, add sugar, if not enough spicy, add ground chili pepper. After cooking, put in deep plates or in a special dish intended for stewing, add grated hard cheese, greens.
