Turkey fillet with potato and carrot puree

Cook turkey breast on the grill or barbecue, brush with sunflower oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook each half for 5 minutes. Cut the carrots and boil them in salted water. Cut the peeled potatoes and boil them in salted water in another saucepan. Put boiled carrots and potatoes in one pan, cook mashed potatoes and mix well. Add salt, pepper, season with butter. Washed zucchini cut into slices, sprinkle with salt and pepper and roast on the grill. Prepare the sauce – boil the cream, pour in the turkey broth. Add salt and pepper, cook until thickened. Put mashed potatoes, zucchini, sliced turkey breast into the plate, pour the sauce, and serve with fresh greens.
