Turkey stew with pumpkin and chocolate

First prepare a pumpkin. Cut the pumpkin, take out the seeds and cut the pumpkin into 1 cm cubes. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet, spread the pumpkin cubes, pour with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and place the baking sheet in the oven (200 ° С) for 15 minutes.

In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil, add chopped onion, garlic, green and red peppers. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. When the vegetables are softened, add the turkey meat, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cook for another 10 minutes until the meat is cooked.

After that, add canned tomatoes, canned beans, a cube of chicken broth, 2 glasses of water, all spices, and sugar to the same pan. Also, take the pumpkin from the pan, and add it to the pan. When the stew boils, reduce the heat and simmer for about 1 hour. In the middle of the process, use the potato grinder to crush the stew a bit, making the mass more dense?

An hour later, add salt, pepper, and chopped black chocolate. Mix well, taste it, if something is missing, add the desired ingredient.
