Heat a little oil in a skillet, chop the turkey and sprinkle well with the prepared spice mixture. Roast for 5-8 minutes, until the meat is well browned.
Place baking paper on a baking tray, spread the corn chips on top, then roast turkey, diced, tomatoes, peppers, onions, canned beans, and canned jalapenos. If the ingredients are still left, make a second layer. After that, put a few tablespoons of sour cream, and sprinkle with grated cheese, and then roast for about 10 minutes in the oven, preheated to 200 C.
When ready, sprinkle with thin slices of radish, green onions and fresh coriander leaves.
