Smoked ham and pickled vegetables snack

Cut vegetables, boil in salted water. Let cool and slightly twist into form of rings. Cut turkey ham into thin slices, drizzle with olive oil and add mustard. Put twisted, boiled vegetables into the plane with ham, add some greens and lettuce on the top.

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 white radish
  • 1 yellow beet
  • lettuce and greenery
  • olive oil
  • 1 spoon of mustard
