Smoked turkey ham, pears and walnuts salads with pomegrante seeds

Wash and chop the lettuce leaves, cut the pears into a form of rings, chop the turkey legs. Fry the nuts. Put all the ingredients in a plate, drizzle with olive oil and orange juice. Add some pepper and salt. Serve with fresh greens.

  • 30 gr. walnuts
  • 1 handful of pomegranate seeds
  • 20 ml. olive oil
  • 50 ml. natural orange juice
