Turkey dumplings with fired turkey and cheese sauce

Sprinkle turkey breast with salt and pepper, fry in a skillet. Put dumplings in salted boiling water and cook for 7 minutes. Boil the cream, add the grated cheese, salt and pepper, then boil for another 3 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Put the prepared dumplings in a plate, add the sauce, cut into triangles breast lay out on top. Serve with fresh greens, and add some shredded hard cheese.
